About Inspectitusa
Inspectitusa was founded in February 2009. Starting out as a Single Man Operation (Matt Cottenham, General Manager). Matt realized there was a bigger need for the services we could provide to the community. We started with adding a Client Care Coordinator (Theresa Cottenham) to ensure the calls were being answered, and that began the growth of our Customer Service Mission.
Shortly after, we added a Customer Relation Specialist (Don Stout) to assist with continuing to learn about what our clients needed and wanted. We were truly a small family business at that time with Matt’s wife (Tiffany Cottenham) jumping in to help as she could.
In May of 2017, the need for the services of Inspectitusa continued to grow, and we decided to move to a Multi Inspector Firm to meet this demand. Adding additional Inspectors, Marketing Staff, and a full time Office Manager, we have a Team of dedicated professionals to meet your needs.
Starting out as a Small Family Company, we take pride that as we continue to grow to keep that Family Atmosphere and look at all our employees as well as our clients as part of the Inspectitusa Family.
Since 2008 we have been known as Inspectitusa , and it has served us well. As we have grown and expanded our services, it just no longer represents everything we do to serve our clients and have almost been forced (in a positive way) to rebrand and change our name. now Inspectitusa.
You can expect the same great service, with the same people, just under a new name. With us offering Home Inspections, Commercial Inspections, Mold Inspections, Radon Gas Testing, Sewer Camera Inspections, and more, it just makes since. We are proud to now be known as Inspectitusa.
